How long does my order take to ship?
Outrèa nails are handmade and made to order. Please allow time for your set to be carefully prepared before dispatch.
Processing Time
Each order is produced to order. Processing times are listed on the individual product page and may vary depending on demand.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Estimated delivery windows will be shown at checkout once your order has been dispatched.
What is your return & refunds policy?
Each Outrèa set is handmade and made to order. For this reason, all sales are final.
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we do not accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds once the order has been placed.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with EU and Norwegian Consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons, once unsealed.
Outrèa nails fall under these exceptions.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Approved issues will be resolved on a case-by-case basis.
Sizing Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. We strongly recommend using a sizing kit before ordering. Outrèa cannot offer refunds or replacements for sizing errors.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, as production begins shortly after purchase.
